Unleash your inner yogi and indulge in a delicious feast at our upcoming Yoga Brunch at Tide on Friday 25th April, 10am - 1pm.

Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session led by Imogen, followed by a delectable brunch by the talented Earthly Feast. Enjoy a nourishing menu featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients, perfect for refueling after your practice. This practice will be held in the wonderful Pabell so we can be warm and dry whatever the weather.

This yoga flow is suitable for all levels, focusing on restoring energy and nourishing the enjoyment of movement.
