Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa-style yoga focuses on creative fast flows to keep you on your toes and connecting mind and body throughout. This practice lets us, and our energy flow along to music. Options for all levels, open to everyone. Come and experience the creative fun sequences. Suitable for all levels beginners or advance.

Hatha Yoga

A slower flow that focuses on strong movements and challenging holds. Improving flexibility and strength, with the use of breathing techniques to increase our energy in holds. Perfect for building up heat and moving the energy through our system after a busy day, moving into a relaxing element towards the end of the session. Suitable for all levels beginners or advance.

Meditation Class

Meditation for all. Calm your mind and yourself before a busy day.

45 Minutes class to allow you to become grounded and centered before your day. Or why not stay for the Vinyasa Class after and have a extended session at the studio.

Align & Relax

A class designed to work on body alignment, creating strength and awareness in movement, and how breath can help us in our day to day lives. This class is perfect for someone looking for a beginners class or to relax in a slow-paced class. Designed for learning about body awareness, also great for rehabilitation or management of Musculoskeletal conditions. Suitable for all levels and ages, with the use of props to relax and support through the class.

Prenatal Yoga

Staying active, strong, mobile, and connected to your breath and body can be so beneficial for you and your baby. This class can help you prepare for birth and further. A class designed to recharge, build physical and mental strength, and relieve those aches and pains. Lots of gentle movement and use of yoga props to make you comfortable. Pilates



Excited to be introducing Pilate to the studio. Helping you build a strong base, with challenging positions and movements, and a whole lot of fun. Helps build focus, stability and improves posture. If you want to mix up your exercise routine, maybe this is the class to add in.
Suitable for all Levels.

Mindful Vinyasa



This is a slower paced Vinyasa class that focuses on mindfully moving and connecting to the breath. These classes help us reconnect during our busy lives and has a wonderful long meditation at the end of class. Suitable for all levels.

HSD Moves



Do you have Hypermobility? This might be the monthly group class for you. This class is designed to learn about our bodies and move them safely. Suitable for individual with hypermobility or Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. This will involve a bit of socialise and meeting others with similar bodies and learning movements that can form our safe strong base. For more individualised needs please contact me for a private consultation and classes. Knowledge is strength lets learn together.

Weighted Yoga

A different class that will get your energy going and allow that mind to switch off. This is a blend of Vinyasa and Hatha, with the option to use weights to create a extra challenge. The weights are optional throughout the class. This builds heat, strength and awareness. We finish these classes with a lovely stretch and relax.
