Restorative flow with Chelsea

Come and experience 90 Minutes of deep relaxation. Held at the studio on the Sunday 9th June 9.30am-10.45am

Chelsea will be taking us through a deep relaxation practice, slowing down and connecting to the whole body, through passive stretches and the use on props.

There will be a focus on breathwork and meditation throughout.

It suitable for all levels, and you are encouraged to move in a way that feels best for you.
