It’s all about relaxation, at the end of our Autumn Masterclass series.

Come along and learn all about how relaxation can help us in our day-to-day life, and how to take those yoga practices off the mat. Suitable for all levels.

Here is some of what we all be covering:

  • A slow restorative yoga flow

  • Meditation and ways to help us focus

  • Breathing techniques tutorials, including, ujjayi breath, cooling breath, alternative nostrils breath and others.

  • Learning about how breath can help our system

  • A long relaxation and meditation to end the session
